Lifestyle and Monitoring

Sometimes we do things because they worked for someone else or we read it somewhere. What I help you do is explore what works best for your body. There is usually room for improvement in our lifestyles and making even small changes may be the key to better health. It is important to find a balance of being healthier but also feeling happy with your lifestyle.

You are not expected to be perfect. This is a journey. No one can define your expectations except for you.

Medications

There are medications that may be helpful as part of your journey to better health. Often medication will be needed long term. Sometimes medication can be used short-term to help with lifestyle changes. You do not have to use medications however we will discuss if there are options that may be appropriate for you. You should be aware of the tools at your disposal.
